Country Club Villas (CCV) has established rules and regulations for homeowners, guests, and renters for the purpose of ensuring the safety, beauty, tranquility, and enjoyment of CCV. Homeowners are responsible for communicating our rules and regulations to their guests, management companies, and renters.
OCCUPANCY & USE:
Villa owners should consider potential noise, parking and traffic issues when accommodating guests and renters. The more occupants in a villa the more likelihood of such issues arising, and homeowners are responsible for these issues. In addition, commercial store-front activity is not allowed within CCV. No home-based business with visible signage or which creates excessive noise or traffic – defined by homeowner complaints – is allowed.
PARKING:
Generally, each villa has up to 3 parking spaces for use of the villa owner and guests. Additionally, we have 2 areas designated for visitor/guest parking: 1 on Villa Way and 1 on Clay Terrace. Vehicles and trailers must park within the property lines of the villa owner or in one of the designated visitor parking areas. Vehicles in the visitor parking area must park perpendicular to the roadway and not extend into the road. Parking on Villa Way or Clay Terrace is not permitted except for emergencies, loading/unloading, or Board sanctioned events. Vehicles such as semi-trucks, buses, ATVs and oversized trailers can be prohibited from parking within CCV if determined to be a nuisance.
VEHICLES IN THE WINTER:
Renters are strongly advised to drive four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicles to the vacation rental as roads will be or can become extremely slippery and snow covered at any time, without any notice. Rear wheel drive vans and pickups are strongly discouraged during winter months. If you must bring a rear wheel drive van or pickup, bring and use tire chains within the HOA for traction. If your vehicle becomes stuck, it is the driver's responsibility to free the vehicle to an appropriate parking location AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The HOA may fine and/or remove a vehicle that is stuck and blocking the road. The HOA may charge the driver a fee for removing a stuck vehicle.
PETS:
It is unlawful for pets to be allowed to run at large within the Village of Angel Fire. Pets must be confined to the owner's property or kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed to persistently bark, howl, or to be kept in such a manner as to disturb or endanger the health or welfare of the neighborhood. Pet owners are required to pick up and dispose of pet waste.
FIRE SAFETY:
From time to time Colfax County and/or the Village imposes restrictions and even bans on outside burning, including fire pits and outdoor grills. These restrictions must be followed within CCV. In addition, the Angel Fire Fire Department recommends that wood-burning and charcoal burning not be allowed on wood decks. Within CCV, only gas/propane grills are to be utilized on all decks. As such, non-gas burning apparatus should not be stored on decks so that renters and guests will not think that their use on the decks is permitted.
TRASH REMOVAL:
The Village provides a centralized garbage/trash disposal area on Halo Pines Terrace. Homeowners and their guests are to never leave garbage/trash on their decks, driveway, or other outdoor locations.
The CCV Board thanks you for making our community a pleasant and special place.
